The Union Story

Bryan Connolly and Kevin Dugan are at it again with the latest concept in the Union family, "Union Taco".  Bryan and Kevin met in the late 90's working together on the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Over the years, they worked together in several places and remained close friends. It was inevitable that one day they would partner in a venture of their own. 

 

We always dreamed of opening our own restaurant. Starting our families definitely changed the timeline, but we never gave up on the dream.  In 2018, we opened Union Alehouse in VA Beach and the Union family was born. We wanted our food to be different. Everything on our menus will reflect a "union" of flavors from around the globe. The success of Union Alehouse let us know we are on the right track and we decided to move forward with our Taco concept "Union Taco".
