Chef Kai Saejung and our mixology team led by Riley Cremins have crafted a menu and cocktails using the Siete Leguas tequilas as both inspiration and ingredients. The dishes and cocktails are original and only being produced for this event. Siete Leguas is a high quality small batch Tequila distillery and lends itself perfectly to this process.
The story of Siete Leguas (meaning "Seven Leagues") originates from the famous horse of Mexican revolutionary Pancho Villa, known for its incredible endurance and speed. In honor of the horse's legacy and the resilience it represented, Don Ignacio González Vargas founded the Siete Leguas tequila distillery in 1952 in Atotonilco, Jalisco. The brand embodies this spirit through its commitment to traditional, artisanal production methods, utilizing two distilleries—Fabrica el Centenario and Fabrica La Vencedora—to create its distinctive tequila.
