About the event
Don Fulano is the product of the Fonseca family, five generation agave farmers and distillers. It is made exclusively with three ingredients: estate-grown, hand selected Maduro and Pinto agave, proprietary yeast, and natural volcanic water. Born in the highlands, Don Fulano focuses on using only the best agave and avoids using any additives including pesticides etc. The motto "from the field to the bottle" rings true in every aspect of production.
